MRI head 檢查報告-漫長2個月的時間等待是痛苦的折磨

2月3日血壓升高，看成大急珍後轉掛2月5日腦神經內科林志勝，安排到MRI head掃瞄要在1個多月的3月24日才能排到，然後4月2日的複診才能排看到報告，也就是將近2個月的時間。這份報告終於出來了，結果如下：

MRI of head with and without contrast medium images are obtained: 

MR Sequences 

1. T2WI and FLAIR axial images. 

2. DWI axial images. 

3. TIRI axial images. 

4. Post Gd. Tiwi axial, coronal and sagittal images 

5.MR angiography images. 

Findings: 

The sulci are not widened. The bilateral lateral ventricles are not dilated. There are nodules with hyperintensity on T2WI and hypointensity on DWI images in the subcortical white matters. 

The midline structures are not shifted. 

There is no abnormal high signal lesions on DWI .

Irregularity of intracranial arteries on MR angiography. 

Impression: 

-No obvious evidence of brain stem infarct is detected. 

-Suspicious subcortical white matters changes

-Atherosclerosis of bilateral internal carotid arteries 

-Frontal and ethmoid sinusitis.

獲得有和沒有造影劑圖像的頭部的MRI：

MR序列

1. T2WI和FLAIR軸向圖像。

2. DWI軸向圖像。

3. TIRI軸向圖像。

4.後Gd。提維軸向，冠狀和矢狀面圖像

5.MR血管造影圖像。

發現：

溝渠沒有擴大。雙側側腦室不擴張。 T2WI上有高信號結節，皮質下白質DWI圖像低信號。

中線結構不會移位。

DWI上沒有異常的高信號病變。

磁共振血管成像對顱內動脈的不規則性。

印象：

沒有明顯的腦部證據

檢測到梗塞梗塞。

可疑的皮質下白質變化。

雙側頸內動脈動脈粥樣硬化。

葉額和篩竇炎。
